The Downtown and Pullum Branches are available for rental to youth groups, church groups, families and other civic and social organizations based on availability. Rental is guaranteed only after completed Facility Rental Agreement and any required deposit are received and after Branch Director confirms the rental with rentee.

For the Downtown Branch, available areas and fees are as follows:

DAYS & TIMES

Fri 9 pm – Sat 7 am or Sat 9 pm – Sun 7 am

Two-hour rental any time in following:
Sat 5-9 pm or
Sun noon-6 pm

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

Maximum of 100 youth (under 18), regardless of age, with at least one adult (over 18) per 15 youth

Maximum of 25 youth (under 18), regardless of age, with at least one adult (over 18) per 10 youth

Y PROVIDES

Two staff building supervisors (up to 50 youth participants), one additional supervisor per additional 25 participants (maximum of 4 staff for 100 youth)

At least one supervisor will be a certified lifeguard

One staff building supervisor who is also a certified lifeguard

 

We reserve the right to require a second lifeguard if we believe it necessary to ensure the safety of your group.

Liability waiver signed by parent/guardian for each participant

FEE SCHEDULE

$100 deposit (refundable if no damage incurred)

$500 lock-in fee
