The YMCA is the original dive training agency.
The YMCA Scuba Program certified the first 20 instructors in 1959 and set
the stage for diver education worldwide. To this day we maintain the highest
level of training standards in the industry. Safety and education are the
keys to the success of our program. Learning to dive will be one of the most
enjoyable experiences of your life. You will encounter things that you may
have thought could only happen to those people on TV and in far away lands.

All equipment required for training is included - including mask, fins, and snorkel if needed. We do not recommend you buy any of your equipment until you know what to look for. Start your training first and we will help you find the best equipment to suit your own personal needs.
